Recently I’ve had a lot of emails from readers looking for pretty dresses with sleeves, so when I came across this Simply Be UK dress it really caught my eye. I liked the fact that the shoulder area had cut out panels and the sleeves stopped just past the elbow. The fabric is ponte roma which is very comfortable and sits in length just above the knee. The colour is a flattering red, something that would suit a lot of different skin tones. The dress also comes in black and because the dress is a fit and flare style, practically every body type can wear it. I’m going to save it for some fashion events in the run up to Christmas but I thought I would share it with my fabulous readers first in case the dress sells out before December! I kept this look quite simple. I used a brown belt to accentuate my waist pairing it with my coral red and diamante shoes from Faith. Look 2:
I paired the dress with a black studded belt, black blazer, Zara necklace, leather jeggings and black shoe boot heels. I thought this was a good look for work or if you are going out of an evening. I was thinking more along the lines of practicality as we are coming into the winter months! brrrr… 🙂
Look 3:
I went for a layered look here with a white shirt with a gold detailed collar under the dress, a black pencil belt and my biker jacket for a more casual but cute look.
