2012 marked a great year for Style Me Curvy. At the start of the year it was taking its baby steps as a new blog. As a result I have met some fantastic people, bloggers and received unbelievable support around the globe.
My job brought me to some amazing places around the world last year which enabled me to give you all something different from travel tips to fashion tips. As much as I love New York, Thailand was probably my favourite destination of last year, hopefully 2013 will be full of more interesting places I can share with you all..perhaps a trip to Africa 😉 .
Other highlights of last year aside from work and travelling included a feature from Look Magazine and my nomination for Best New Fashion Blog by Cosmopolitan. It was amazing to meet the fabulous team behind the glossy pages of Cosmo magazine which I’ve read for so long! Following that came SMC’s Irish nomination for Best Blog award. Both nominations I am extremely grateful for and to the PR’s, Companies and Magazines that have taken notice of my curvy blog. Looking back on 2012, It was an interesting, hectic, but overall a great year. 🙂 Thank you all for reading my blog throughout the year . I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Lou.x
