Day four of London Fashion Week brought with it a Winter chill so I looked towards functional and slightly warmer items. I recently wrote a wish list featuring this jacket from River Island, and temptation certainly got the better of me so I had to get it!Oops! It’s extremely warm so you only need to wear a simple light layer underneath, it also has a huge array of designer elements to it that was on the catwalks for this season. I wore a sleeveless top from the Rochelle Humes collection at Littlewoods Ireland and it was absolutely perfect. On the website this top looks more of a brown shade, but it’s actually more of a burnt orange. The fit is beautiful and it feels like silk on your body but I would go down a size as it is quite generous, here I’m wearing a size 14. I kept the look quite simple with this a-line skirt from New Look. They have a huge selection of these styles in at the moment which are so comfortable and easy to style. For accessories, this bag is definitely a Mary Poppins style that fits the kitchen sink into it! I like the fringe detailing which gives even the most basic looks a bit more of an on trend 70’s feel.I kept jewellery to a minimum with my Daniel Wellington watch and a Stella and Dot statement bracelet.
