Today’s fashion dilemma is a reoccurring topic I get asked about daily from people online.
A common denominator among a lot of women lately seems to be some kind of jeans-phobia and in particular towards flares. There’s a lot of anxiety in fashion by women when it comes to jeans for petite, tall and curvy girls so I’m hoping today’s post will show you how comfortable and easy to style the flare trend really can be for everyone. I’ve also included a list of places that would be accessible for people in various parts of the world.
When it comes to flares you can go from a slight flare to kick flare to oh so 70’s flare ( my favourite kind!). Flares have a duel workability. If you’re more of a pencil shape then they’ll help create the illusion of curves. If you’re curvy they’ll enhance your curves whilst balancing out your frame – especially for apple shapes and for those who might be top heavy or have more of an athletic build they will really help to give an hourglass effect.
So how do you style flares easily?
It’s entirely up to you and your individual style.
Boho styles are a perfect Spring Summer outfit ensemble. Think gypsy tops, whites, creams, tulip end sleeves.
Perhaps you’re more of a classicist? Then embrace your inner Parisian and pair them with a simple breton stripes white and navy top.
For someone who likes that biker relaxed vibe, look to how I’ve styled it today with a concentration on good accessories.
