With 2017 just around the corner, I wanted to embrace some colour today with some various sale items too. For so long I’ve wanted a pink coat, I imagine it’s from my love of old world Hollywood style from Grace Kelly to Elizabeth Taylor – effortlessly sophisticated and stylish women! There are various styles around like this baby pink coat at the moment so I opted for one with a wrap style and waist tie detail to give some shape as others can look quite ‘boxy’ or oversized in the wrong places. Tie detail on any coat is always a safe choice knowing you can define your waistline when you please.
With a statement coat like this I decided to embrace a day to night look with some ripped skinny jeans and a silk choker top. It’s a style that’s colourful but easy to achieve and will work perfectly through to Spring. I’ve added these pale pink and pearl statement heels which are even prettier in reality and an oversized tote – an everyday essential for me!
